MINUTES & AGENDAS
It is important that all council activity is transparent and council documents are freely available for public scrutiny. The minutes of our monthly meeting show our activities, actions and progress against our set objectives.
Members of the Public are invited to attend our monthly meetings. Time is set aside towards the beginning of each meeting for members of the public to ask questions or raise any issues they have.
Council meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month. The Agenda for each meeting will be published 5 working days prior to that meeting.
If you would like to add a topic to the agenda or make arrangements to attend a meeting to discuss a particular topic, please contact us.
