Dear Town and Community Councils,
There are some important changes happening to waste and recycling collection services this winter and spring. This will affect residents in every part of Monmouthshire. Towards the end of January a new glass recycling box will be delivered to households together with an explanation of changes that are coming and what we want residents to do. Each resident will receive a personalised letter towards the end of February, explaining any changes to the collection days for different materials. The changes will be launched on March 4th 2019.
I have enclosed a briefing note about the changes that are coming, and would be very grateful if you could share this information with your councillors. We are available to come and talk to town and community councillors about these changes if necessary.
Many thanks for your support
